Mission
Lifestyle and weight management can be achieved
through proper eating, body movement, and living well. Through
accountability, with regularly scheduled sessions, we can explore ways
to make appropriate choices for eating and cooking as a means to
achieve overall wellness.
Our
History
Lanie has a degree in psychology and ten years of
experience working with social services organizations (such as
Goodwill Industries, the World Affairs Council, the Arthritis
Foundation, and the American Diabetes Association). She was raised
on delicious, nutritious foods, and adapts recipes in order to
maintain quality and improve the overall health benefits of eating
well. Healthy Attitudes, LLC, was founded in 2007 in order to share her
passion and knowledge with others. |
